We created SISTOKEN, a blockchain system that tracks every step of Special Transfers and makes the use of public funds transparent.
Challenge: improve tracking of Special Transfers and enable public oversight, at the National Treasury Web3 hackathon.
Research: legislation, transfer flow and benchmark revealed complex auditing and little traceability.
Solution: tokens for each transfer, an NFT for accountability and the Visual Token, an audit seal on the blockchain.
Design system: gov.br Digital Government Standard, primitive and semantic tokens, Rawline typeface.
Result: second place in Challenge 3, Government to Government.
